It's a free, easy-to-use service that helps you find and negotiate a great price and service, and hire vendors for your next event.

EventNow saves time and money by connecting you free of charge, , to qualified vendors that wish to fulfill your event request(s). Within minutes of submitting your service request details, you will be contacted via email and/or phone by professionals that have confirmed their interest and availability.



Our vendor rating/feedback system and competitive platform motivates vendors to provide you with excellent service and a great price. EventNow is an intelligent way to get your party or event planned efficiently and within budget.


How does EventNow work?




  1. To find the best Event service professional(s) in your area, you submit a Service Request which is a brief description of your needs (event date, hours, special requests, etc.). As part of the Service Request you will identify how many vendors you wish to be matched with (1 to 5 vendors) and a preferred method for them to contact you about your Service Request (phone and/or email).
  2. Using our matching technology, we match your Service Request only to vendors that fit your requested needs and who are within your budget and area. Depending on the type of service you need fulfilled, the matched vendors will contact you directly with a proposal, price quote or appointment. You can then review all proposals, negotiate the price and make a selection.
  3. Once vendors are matched to your Service Request you will have the opportunity to review their EventNow vendor profile; this profile includes vendor information (certifications, background, years in business, etc.), previous feedback, reviews and ratings.
