EventNow, Inc. ("EventNow", "EventNow.com" and "Site") respects the privacy of its users on EventNow.com. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of EventNow policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information , Automatically Gathered Information and Anonymous Information you submit to EventNow or which EventNow gathers when you visit EventNow.com. This Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference in the EventNow Buyer Terms of Use and EventNow Vendor Terms of Use. By registering with EventNow.com you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 18, 2010.

By using EventNow.com, you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy, and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy by EventNow or by third parties with whom EventNow may have a relationship. Your Personal Information may be processed by EventNow in the country where it was collected, as well as other countries (including the United States) where laws regarding processing of Personal Information may be less stringent than the laws in your country.

EventNow may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as EventNow.com changes and expands. If EventNow makes changes to this Privacy Policy, the revised terms will take effect when posted by EventNow and your continued use of EventNow.com will signify your acceptance of the new terms.

When registering with EventNow.com, EventNow collects and stores Personal Information that specifically identifies you or the account you set up with EventNow.com (your "Account"). At this time, the most information Event Now requires you to submit includes: first name, last name, User ID, password, preferred currency, street address, city, state, zip/postal code, country, phone number, email address and credit card information (if applicable). At a later date, EventNow may include other optional requests for information from you to help EventNow tailor EventNow.com for you and deliver personalized information to you. EventNow may supplement Personal Information you provide EventNow with additional information purchased from third parties for marketing purposes.

Use of portions of EventNow.com requires you to establish a User ID and password. You agree to be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity occurring on your Account as a result of you sharing your password with another or failing to protect it. EventNow is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

Occasionally, EventNow may conduct surveys to collect information about your preferences. These surveys are optional, and if you choose to respond, your responses will be kept anonymous. These surveys may be conducted by and processed through third parties. Similarly, EventNow may offer contests to qualifying users of EventNow.com in which EventNow asks for contact and demographic information such as name, email address and mailing address. Except with respect to any survey partners, none of the survey results are shared with third parties in a personally identifiable form. The demographic information EventNow collects in the registration process and through surveys may be used to help EventNow improve EventNow.com and to meet the needs and preferences of its users. This may include targeting advertising to you about EventNow.com. Information EventNow gathers through a contest may also be disclosed to third parties as necessary for prize fulfillment and other aspects of any contest or similar offering.

EventNow automatically collects browser type and browser software version to tailor the presentation of EventNow.com and to maintain a record of user activity on EventNow.com. EventNow uses cookies to enable users to specify unique preferences and to track user trends and patterns. You may disable cookies via your browser preferences. If you disable cookies on your browser, please note some parts of EventNow.com may not function as effectively or may be considerably slower. As an automatic process, the EventNow.com server software records a log file of IP addresses that access EventNow.com. EventNow also collects IP address information but does not ordinarily link IP addresses to user Personal Information. However, EventNow can and will use IP addresses to identify a User when in its sole discretion, determines it is necessary to enforce compliance with the following, which include, but are not limited to: the EventNow Buyer and/or Vendor Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, court order(s), criminal investigation(s).

EventNow may use Personal Information for its own internal purposes, including contacting you via email to inform you about updates to EventNow.com and providing you with information relating to transactions you conduct on EventNow.com. EventNow reserves the right to disclose your information as required by law. EventNow does not rent or sell its individual user Personal Information to third parties. However, EventNow does provide you with the opportunity to receive newsletters via email. If you decide to opt-in to receive newsletters, you may opt-out of receiving these newsletters at any time. EventNow also reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information as part of a transfer of all or part of EventNow's assets to a buyer, as described in "Acquisition," below.

To use EventNow.com, you must first create an EventNow account. EventNow.com and its lead generation service are designed for the benefit of Buyer and Vendor; in particular to match a service/product request of Buyer with a service/product offered by Vendor. The information shared between Buyer and Vendor is not used for any purpose, other than to facilitate communication and the exchange of information between Buyer and Vendor. EventNow reserves the right to monitor communications to verify compliance with its Privacy Policy, Buyer and/or Vendor Terms of Use, international, federal or state laws and/or our other stated policies. By using EventNow.com, you hereby grant EventNow.com permission to disclose your personal information (including name, email address and phone number) to Vendor matched to your service request. Once matched, Vendor will have to purchase the lead to receive said contact information of the requestor. You agree not to use the disclosed information of another user for any purpose, other than providing the applicable service or resolving a dispute. EventNow.com is a matching service and does not guarantee a successful transaction.

The EventNow.com Review System represents a central repository for ratings and reviews of Vendor by Buyer. When a review is submitted on EventNow.com, said information will be made available as part of the review posting. Your Personal Information will not be made available or public as part of the Vendor Review System because you have the option to hide your profile under an EventNow.com screen name.

EventNow.com provides a listing by category/fields of participating Vendors.

EventNow may send you email communications, including information EventNow thinks may interest you. You may opt-out of receiving these email communications either when you register for EventNow.com or via the preferences section of your Account settings. EventNow does not send any of your Personal Information to EventNow advertisers. You may see a cookie from a third-party banner server. This cookie comes from the third-party banner server, not EventNow.com. Again, EventNow does not pass along any Personal Information to this party. EventNow may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit EventNow.com. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to EventNow.com and other websites to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. If you would like more information about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies please contact support@EventNow.com. In addition, Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on EventNow.com. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads based on the users visit to EventNow.com and other sites. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

EventNow may enter into co-branding or partnering relationships with third-party web sites and companies to provide products and services to its users or to such third parties' users. EventNow.com may share your Personal Information, including User ID and password, with certain co-branded third-party service or product providers as required to provide a specific product or service that you request from a co-branded page or co-branded site. However, these third-party partners may not use this Personal Information for any reason other than to provide the service or product that the user has explicitly signed up for. If you join EventNow.com through a co-branded or partnered site (e.g. on a co-branded registration page), it is the general policy of EventNow.com not to share anything other than summarized or aggregated data with the partner; however, any Personal Information you provide on the co-branded site may also be received by the co-brand partner that operates the co-branded site and could be stored and used by the co-brand partner according to its privacy policy. Please take the time to review these third-party privacy policies. EventNow is not liable to you for any use of your Personal Information by a co-brand partner.

To the extent necessary, EventNow may provide your Personal Information to third party contractors who work on behalf of or with EventNow.com to help Event Now communicate with you or to maintain EventNow.com. However, these contractors do not have any independent right to share your Personal Information.

EventNow cooperates with all law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, including but not limited to: intellectual property rights, fraud, theft, harassment and other rights. Event Now can disclose any information about you if such disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us; (b) protect or defend the rights or property of EventNow.com or third parties; or (c) assist in any investigation.

Although Event Now currently does not have a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures or other companies under a common control (collectively referred to as "Affiliates"), EventNow may in the future. EventNow may share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, in which case it will require its Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If EventNow or its assets related to EventNow.com are partially or acquired in total by another company, said company will possess the Personal Information collected by EventNow and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy inures to the benefit of successors and assigns of EventNow.

EventNow may create Anonymous Information records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as names) that makes the information personally identifiable to you. EventNow may use this Anonymous Information to analyze inquiry, request and usage patterns so that it may enhance EventNow.com. EventNow reserves the right to use and disclose Anonymous Information to third parties in its discretion. Anonymous Information does not permit the identification of individual persons.

EventNow constantly seeks to improve the quality of the services it provides on EventNw.com and the experience of its users on EventNow.com. EventNow values your input and encourage you to help EventNow expand and make improvements to EventNow.com by providing it with any thoughts or comments you might have regarding its services or the operation of EventNow.com. You can submit any comments you have by contacting support@EventNow.com. All ideas, suggestions comments and proposals you send to EventNow (collectively, "Submissions") are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of EventNow. EventNow shall own all rights therein, including all intellectual property rights. EventNow shall be entitled to use and/or disseminate the Submissions in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation or credit to you. EventNow will not identify you as the source of a suggestion or comment without your consent.

EventNow will use commercially reasonable methods to keep Personal Information securely in its files and systems. The EventNow payment system is operated using secure Internet connections, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, to help protect your financial data. Please note that with current technology, EventNow cannot guarantee the security of your data as it travels over the Internet.

EventNow is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other web sites to which EventNow.com links or which link to EventNow.com. When you click on a link you may be taken to a location on the Internet that is not part of EventNow.com. EventNow encourages you to read the posted privacy statement of that web site whenever interacting with any web site.

EventNow.com is designed and intended for use by adults. EventNow does not intentionally gather Personal Information about users who are under the age of 18.

EventNow saves your Personal Information until your membership/account with EventNow.com is terminated and you unsubscribe to email notifications. To terminate your membership, contact support@EventNow.com. If you terminate your membership, your Personal/Profile Information cannot be recovered. You may continue to receive email communications for a short period of time until EventNow has updated all of its databases. After termination of your membership, your Personal Information may remain on the EventNow archived database and records. Notwithstanding the above, EventNow will maintain information on users who have been removed for violating its Buyer and/or Vendor Term of Use.

EventNow.com gives these options for changing and modifying information previously provided:

• You may update your registration information after you login to EventNow.com.
• You may update your credit card information.
• EventNow.com provides users the opportunity to opt out of receiving its promotional emails. However, you may not opt-out of receiving administrative communications from EventNow regarding EventNow.com, except by terminating your membership, and you may not opt- out of EventNow sending you legal notices related to the EventNow.com.
