Children have vivid imaginations and short attention spans, but there is a never ending list of party themes to keep them entertained.
Children who attended an art camp in New York were treated to a festive tea party after spending a week learning about.
The campers, counselors and parents were surrounded by giant teacups and Mad Hatter hats while they munched on special cupcakes, according to the news source.
Planning the perfect theme party for your little one can be easy just as long as you cover all of your bases. Contact event vendors for suggestions on what items you may need to pull this off.
Children love to dress up, so why not provide some costumes and play jewelry for them to put on before the tea party starts. You can set the table with colorful teacups and place small chocolates and candies next to each set.
Of course, you can’t forget the all important tea. Kids may not necessarily like actual tea, so why not substitute it with punch or even chocolate milk? You can also contact local bakeries and pastry shops to see if they can whip up some delicious cookies and cupcakes for the children to devour.
