EventNow reports the 5th annual Spring ball that the Society of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Gucci hosted the other night and what an event that was.
Every year this amazing center hosts this event, so this year it was no exception and everyone invited attended to show their support for this great cause.
The venue that hosted this event was no other than The Metropolitan Museum of Art and most specifically the event took place at The Temple of Dendur in The Sackler Wing. Guests like the amazing and very talented fashion designer Tory Burch, the beautiful TV host Kelly Ripa who was escorted by her equally handsome husband Mark Consuelos, Georgina Bloomberg, Peggy Siegal, Craig Thompson, Jamie Tisch, Caryn Zucker, etc. and many others walked the red carpet and posed for their pictures to be taken by the onsite photographers that lite up the sky with their flashes and their constant picture taking.
As the guests entered the venue, they were greeted with champagne and many other cocktail creations that the onsite bartending staff had prepared for all of them and the wait staff was passing around. The onsite catering staff had create a selection of appetizers that were being passed around to the guests who were enjoying the festivities and mingling with the other guests, as well as a very scrumptious sit down dinner that everyone enjoyed as the festivities were well on their way.
The music that was playing by the onsite band was amazing and had all the guests on their feet dancing the night away and celebrating this amazing cause and in general having a fantastic time at this event.
Congrats to MSKCC for their amazing work and looking forward to next year’s event just like all of the guests attending!
