EventNow reports secret celebrity weddings over the year, that they have surprised us and their guests with these quick and secret weddings.
Usually with weddings, you plan for a whole year if not more, and you pick the best venue and the best location for your ceremony. You have to go through a whole list of other vendors like florists, dj, weddings bands, transportation, etc. to meet and let them know your ideas and for you to decide who will do the best job to capture your ideas and dreams and make them come true for your special day.
Some celebrities have opted to go a different route and not complete any of the above, and just have a small and intimate wedding ceremony with come close family and friends (if that) and be a complete secret from everyone. Here are some of secret celebrity weddings:
Beyonce and JayZ: They couple tried to have a secret wedding with some close family and friends to enjoy their special day and hold an intimate reception at JayZ’s New York apartment, but somewhere down the line it leaked when the couple went to get a marriage license.
JLo and Marc Anthony: The couple got married in 2004. The couple invited friends and family over for a BBQ and for some R&R, but little did they know, that prior to all the festivities, there will be wedding amongst the couple. What a great way to celebrate your special day and to avoid the public eye.
These are just a few of the celebrities that come in mind. Of course there are several other couples that opted for a secret wedding like: Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, and that is just to name a few.
No matter what way they decided to get married. Either with a lavish wedding or a small and intimate gathering, we wish these couples all the best and a life full of love.
