EventNow reports the Oscars 2012 after parties that took place last night in Los Angeles, California. At last the award show that is the most anticipated one arrived and we will bring you all the information about the after parties.

Let’s talk first about the award ceremony which took place at the Kodak Theatre. Nominees, presenters and other guests walked the red carpet and posed for their pictures to be taken by the onsite photographers. They stopped to give interviews to all the reporters that were there, and also for us viewers to get to see what amazing couture gowns and suits the guests were wearing.

The award ceremony went on as always and there were a couple of surprises and many of laughs, but after all is said and done, it’s time to party. We will start first with the Governor’s Ball which is hosted every year. The famous chef Wolfgang Puck created the exquisite meal that the guests feasted on and the bartending staff was preparing and serving to everyone as they were mingling and congratulating each other on their win or nomination.

There were some after parties that were hosted this year as well as some viewing parties that whoever didn’t have the honor to attend the show, could attend the viewing party – if you received an invitation – and feel like you are part of that special show, but all that information will come in our second part of the article.
