EventNow reports Marc Jacobs’ hosts spring 2013 after party that took place the other night in New York City. This was a much anticipated event since Fashion Week is in full bloom this week and soon it will be reaching its conclusion.
On Monday it was Marc Jacobs’ turn to dazzle the runway with all of his Spring/Summer 2013 creations. As always, he didn’t disappoint.
After the fashion show, he hosted an amazing after party at New York Yacht Club. Guests like Marc Jacobs, Rachel Zoe, Kristen Wiig, Hailee Steinfeld, Robert Duffe, Tabitha Simmons, Casey Spooner, and Michael Pitt attended the event and posed for their pictures to be taken by the onsite photographers who were there to capture their arrival and all the highlights of the party.
The guests got to enjoy fantastic cocktails that the onsite bartending staff was preparing for them, as well as opening champagne bottles to celebrate the success of the fashion show. The catering staff had prepared a mouthwatering selection of various appetizers and finger foods for everyone to munch on as they were mingling and enjoying the festivities. The dessert table was fantastic and everyone was enjoying the lollipops and making them vanish.
The music though was the best part of the event. All of the latest hits as well as many of the 90’s hits were blasting through the speakers. The DJ was playing anything from Grease remix to all the new songs, having all the guests dancing the night away and having a fantastic time celebrating another fashion success for the fashion mogul.
Marc Jacobs sure knows how to throw a memorable party and fashion show!
