Q: How does 11th hour Events work?
You can search by category, location, and price. Once you find a deal that you.re interested in it can be reserved by paying a 10-13% deposit. You’ll be able to negotiate and complete the booking with the vendor/ merchant and they will apply the voucher as part of the payment or deposit. The specific deal expires after your reservation to ensure that you are the only person entitled to this deal. Back to top
Q: Why do Vendors & Merchants offer these discounted deals on 11th Hour Events?
A cancelled event is an abandoned date and costs each Vendor thousands in lost income. Event Vendors re-book & recoup Abandoned Dates by offering Abandoned Dates as Deals and you the Consumer can find & book local high-end vendors at heavily discounted rates (50%-70% off)
Unlike Daily Deal services we don’t do any negotiating with the business owners. Instead these Merchants list their own deals based on their availability, cancellations or unbooked dates. This is VERY important as it is a true deal with win-win results for both you and the merchant. However we do oversee the process and make sure it is a legitimate deal, offer and merchant. Q: What do I buy with this deposit?
When you book through 11th Hour events, we collect your deposit payment when a Seller accepts your booking request. However, we will hold onto this payment until 24 hours after the event to assure that everything is in order. Back to top
To avoid fraud it is recommend to always complete your booking through our website. Any deposit payment requests outside of 11th Hour Events almost certainly is a scam. These include (but are not limited to) requests for payment using:

First the Seller will receive an e-mail from us saying that you’ve requested a booking. They have 24 hours to respond. After the 24 hours, you will receive an update from us saying that they’ve accepted, declined, or have not yet responded.
If the Seller does not respond within 24 hours, you will be notified by us via e-mail and the reservation will automatically be cancelled without any penalty. If this occurs, we recommend seeking alternative spaces that meet your event needs.
We monitor response patterns from Sellers and take action when necessary to ensure they are responsive. Sellers that perpetually do not respond will be removed from our listings. Back to top
Q: What happens when I save my billing information?
When you select “Save this information” at checkout, you’ll be able to use your information for subsequent purchases on EventNow without re-entering your billing information. Your credit card number information is never stored on our servers. You can delete your saved credit cards in My Account at any time. Back to top

If the Seller has canceled the booking through the 11th Hour Events website, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will direct you to alternative listings.
